Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Statistics (experience)
  • Minimum of 10+ years professional experience in a Property and Casualty insurance company, financial services or consulting firm (experience)
  • Knowledge of reserving, pricing, ratemaking, capital modeling, and/or enterprise risk management (experience)

  • Experience with machine learning and AI tools is a plus (experience)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills (experience)
  • PC skills, including experience in using software for producing presentations, spreadsheets, and project planning (experience)
  • Ability to interact with all levels including executives and senior managers (experience)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical and statistical sampling skills (experience)
