  • Day-to-day administration of the NAS Incentive Compensation/Sales Performance Management system, including annual set-up, design, and processing of incentive compensation program participants’ commission payments.
  • Assist the Sales Compensation Manager and/or Director with incentive compensation disputes.
  • Work in conjunction with the Sales Compensation Manager and/or Director to submit approved commissions to Payroll for payment in a timely manner.
