- Lead technical design sessions which includes building architecture/road maps, creating, estimating, and solutioning user stories and developing technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
- Lead large teams of consultants, developers and/or solution architects working with Client stakeholders, RSM management consulting and other RSM practices on multi-stream digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrate Salesforce thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce multi-cloud and platform best practices and ensure compliance with architectural standards, principles and best practices across the implementation team.
- Provide Salesforce expertise during sales efforts to educate prospect, pursuit team and estimate the technical level of effort.
- Learn, create and evangelize new industry trends and advancements in product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions and assess business and technical feasibility.
