Role Overview

As a Strategic Business Alliances Business Development Manager, you will leverage your consultative co-selling skills and in-depth knowledge of assigned SBAs to achieve revenue growth targets. You will identify new business opportunities through co-selling initiatives and seamlessly transition these opportunities to the appropriate sales team members. Collaboration with the strategic business alliances leader and internal practice leaders will be crucial for developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Relationship Management: Coordinate and orchestrate SBA relationships to maximize opportunities and ensure alignment.
  • Co-selling Activities: Manage co-selling activities and joint account planning to drive pipeline development and revenue generation.
  • Pipeline Reviews: Conduct regular pipeline reviews with joint sellers and practice leaders to prioritize targets and ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Strategic Positioning: Position RSM as the preferred strategic alliance partner for assigned SBAs.
