TAS Director - Financial Due Diligence - Healthcare - Toronto

Role Overview

As a TAS Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide expert advice on financial risks and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing financial statements and identifying key trends
