As a TAS Senior Associate, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with onshore and offshore colleagues to provide financial due diligence services to middle-market US clients. You will be involved in buy-side and sell-side transactions, conducting in-depth financial analysis, identifying key risks and opportunities, and assisting in the preparation of comprehensive due diligence reports.
