Role Overview

As a Tax Manager in RSM’s Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax group, you will play a critical role in advising clients on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, and executing M&A transactions. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will work with private equity firms, family offices, privately held companies, and multinational corporations. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients navigate the complex tax implications of M&A deals, ensuring they maximize value and minimize risk.   • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver post-close M&A tax transaction integration assistance.
