Role Overview

RSM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our national M&A Tax group in Toronto. Day in the Life

As a Tax Manager in our M&A Tax practice, your responsibilities will revolve around three core concepts:

  • Technical & Quality Expertise: Applying your deep understanding of tax law and M&A transactions to provide accurate and insightful advice.
  • People & Talent Management: Developing and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
