Role Overview

RSM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Partner to join our Capital Markets practice in Chicago. As a Tax Partner, you will play a critical role in providing tax consulting and compliance services to a variety of capital market clients, including proprietary trading firms, brokers and dealers, hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds. You will specialize in the taxation of complex financial products and investment vehicles, and work closely with our national Financial Services tax industry leader to develop strategies for growth.

A Day in the Life

As a Tax Partner in our Capital Markets practice, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tax consulting and compliance services to capital market clients.
