If so, RSM is looking for a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Director to join our award-winning team.
As a TAS Director at RSM, you will be a key leader in our Financial Due Diligence practice, specializing in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for leading and managing multiple challenging financial due diligence engagements, working with private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting clients with acquisitions and divestitures, providing valuable insights and guidance throughout the transaction process.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals, collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, and make a significant impact on our clients' success. You will also have the chance to develop your business development skills, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of our TAS practice.
