RSM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Workday Associate Director to lead the optimization of our Workday Talent, HCM & Rewards modules. As a key leader in our HR Technology team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our employee lifecycle processes and ensuring our systems align with our firm-wide talent strategy.
As the Workday Associate Director, you will be responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation modules. You will lead a team of analysts and senior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Your deep understanding of Workday functionality, coupled with your business acumen, will enable you to translate business needs into scalable solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
