Roles & Responsibilities:
• Hands on experience in Embedded software Development/Verification and Certification for Aerospace Applications.
• Experience in delivering at least one complete software product life cycle.
• Expertise with Requirements, Configuration Management and Change management Processes.
• Expertise in DO178B/C certification process(Preferrably Level A).
• Knowledge of DO330 SW Tool Qualification.
• Hands on experience with standard communication protocols like ARINC, CAN, SPI, Ethernet.
• Broad exposure to a wide variety of tools and understand purpose and application of tools to the software life cycle phases.
• Experience in Handling a team of atleast 10 engineers .
• Responsible for on time delivery and quality. Identify flags and handles escalations. 
• Responsible for tactical execution of day to day operations.
• Review all deliverables/reports generated by the team and suggest improvements.
• Consistently estimate effort and specify schedules for software development & VnV activities.
• Ability to work and meet stringent project deadlines.
• Self-directed and provides guidance to team members.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility in accomplishing the organization's goals within the deadline.
• Experience in driving Organization Development Initiatives related to Talent & Performance Management.
• Responsible for conducting annual reviews, Performance discussion and regular one on one with team. 
• Support the strategic initiatives of the organization.

Qualification: 
BE/Masters in CS/E&C/Electrical with 9 to 14 Years experience

Preferred Skill Set: 
Knowledge of Aircraft Electric Systems products(GCU/BPCU).
