What You Will Do

•  Manage day-to-day operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell.

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 30 Technicians.

• Achieve operational targets: eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency.

• Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects.·Optimize manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management.

• Manage and report production outputs and sales targets.

• Drive employee engagement through communication, coaching, and performance feedback.

• Support staffing, training, and capability development for the team.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials to meet business goals.

• Monitor and report operational KPIs.

• Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects.

• Support EH&S programs and ensure safety compliance.

• Participate in audits and inspections as required. 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent disciplines.

• Min 3 years' experience in production, operations or manufacturing in supervisory role.

• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.

• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.

• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.

• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.Experience using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.

• Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.

• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Relevant experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing or MRO.

• Prior Internship experience with Pratt & Whitney or in Aerospace industry is preferred.
