We are looking for people to work collaboratively with Defence personnel and the Raytheon Australia team, in an environment that directly impacts the operational capability of the Royal Australian Navy Fleet. 

Expressions of interest are sought for Program and Project Managers Professionals who will be required to form and maintain close relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver compelling strategies and high-quality solutions. Focused on achieving the business objectives of the company, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of team members, solution development, and management of the program to satisfy contractual or internally scoped requirements.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working within Defence projects, preferably maritime, is desired but not essential. 
• Experience working in a dynamic team to deliver outcomes to defined timelines.
• Collaborate to develop strong customer relationships and innovative solutions.
• Meet the work, health, and safety requirements - both Raytheon Australia and legal standards.
• The positions may require availability to travel within Australia.

 
The successful Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain up to a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva

Core program delivery and leadership will be based at Henderson, WA.  Our preference is for most roles to be customer facing at Henderson, but opportunity exists for some program team roles able to be remotely delivered.
