Additional Comments: Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Develop and maintain detailed user manuals, technical documentation, training materials, and online help systems for the various platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
Create and maintain the information architecture.
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
Ensure the rigorous application of information security and information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the documentation process.

Qualifications:
12+ years’ of experience in developing and administering Knowledge Management.
Minimum (6) years’ experience in creating user manuals, API documentation, process flows, and other technical documentation
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
Samples of your prior technical writing work that demonstrate your ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
Experience defining content strategy and leading content development projects for new products or for large products that require multiple writers
