Additional Comments: Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current business processes and documentation, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.
• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate to translate requirements and policies into implementation roadmaps
• Provide support during the implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and change management.
• Ensure the rigorous application of information security and information assurance policies, principles, and practices to business analysis activities.
 

Qualifications:
• 15+ years’ of experience in Business Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering and governance. Experience in Asset Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of information security and compliance standards related to business analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile software development process preferred
• 2+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, python a plus.
