Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense?  If so, we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst – (Plan to Sustain) to help drive our oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program. 

The OneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP’s S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S/4HANA solution.

The SAP Production Execution consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting business processes related to Bill of Material, Work Centers, Master Routings, Production Order Execution, Plant Maintenance and Environmental Health & Safety.  This role involves participation in both large and small-scale SAP implementations, system alignments, and the ongoing support of existing solutions. The analyst will lead the delivery of end-to-end solutions from proof of concept through full project implementation while also providing training and guidance to business users. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong analytical skills, capable of independently resolving issues and driving effective business solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand Production Execution, Plant Maintenance and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) processes.
• Configure and customize the SAP MM, PP and EHS Product Compliance modules in S/4HANA to meet business needs.
• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP MM, PP and EHS Product Compliance implementations in S/4HANA.
• Conduct system testing, user training, UAT and post go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MM, PP and EHS Product Compliance modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver best practice solutions in the aerospace industry.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in SAP MM and PP, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
• Must have hands-on experience in SAP MM and PP configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of master data including material masters, bill of materials, work centers, production version and work centers.
• Strong understanding of production execution including production orders, rework, available to promise, serialization, order confirmations, goods movements, goods receipts and order split processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing execution including Make to Stock, Make to Order and Group Pegging Distribution (GPD) / Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO).
• Experience with data migration in SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and effective communication skills.
