Functional Description:

The role is responsible for building and maintaining data models and reporting solutions within SAP Data Warehouse (DWC) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in support of the P&WC EMEA (CSC) operations. The position involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, preparing analytics reports and ensuring data accuracy through the whole validation and cleaning activity.

What You Will Do:

• Establish and manage data connection in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC)
• Develop and maintain data models in DWC, ensuring data is structured appropriately for reporting and analysis
• Design, build and maintain reports, dashboards and visualization in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) based on business requirement
• Perform ad-hoc tasks such as data validation, data sanitization
• Review, interpret and understand input requirements from business stakeholders to translate then into effective reporting solutions

As a secondary activity (25% of the time), the role will support operations of the RCAM team in the EMEA region. More specifically, these tasks will include but won’t be limited to:

• Creating SAP S/4HANA sales orders and purchase orders for shop events (engines and accessories)
• Maintaining and updating existing Power BI dashboards
• Preparing MML drafts and related reports
• Revising and maintaining planned shipped dates in accordance with SAP S/4HANA data
• Helping with preparation of shop report.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• University or College Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or Info Management
• Minimum 5-8 years of business experience with a focus on Analytical and reporting along with aerospace aftermarket domain experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite Expert (Word, Excel, Outlook, VBA, Power Querry etc.) particularly in excel, PowerPoint (advanced level).
• Prefer candidate with strong experience and ability to propose collaboration opportunities using Microsoft Power Platforms (BI, Power Automate, Power App, Dynamics, Teams, SharePoint)
• Critical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and reporting tools (Power BI)
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and experience working in the aerospace engine aftermarket or similar industries
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and ability to synthesize complex data sets
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Very good English communication skills and interpersonal skills to present information to all levels of the organization
• Understanding of security as it pertains to data access, scope, and distribution of reports and dashboards
• Experience in improving the process through automation/process improvements etc.
