• Develop and sustain relationships with respective vendors, fostering value driven partnership for strategical and operational efficiency
• Monitor supplier performance through SLA, KPI’s and implement improvements for efficiency & effective delivery
• Maintain comprehensive vendor records , manage contractual documentation and ensure compliance with RTX standards and industry regulations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to effectively manage Vendor rendered services for global payroll
• Ensure Vendor invoices are received, verified, and approved on time for timely & accurate payment
• Verify Invoice details , including amounts, payment terms and PO matches using workflow routing and validation checks
• Process payments & reconcile transactions in financial systems
• Resolve discrepancies or disputes arising from incorrect billing , over charges & errors
• Archive invoice data for audits & compliance
• Maintain up to date records to analyze invoice data for trends
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement & IT teams to streamline and optimize the processes
