Job Title: Sr Analyst, Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Job Location: Bangalore, India

Job Summary: The ideal candidate possesses strong full-stack software engineering skills along with AI/ML expertise to design and deploy AI/ML-based solutions. This includes Power BI dashboard development, back-end integration of AI/ML models, and ensuring scalable, reliable operation across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, ingesting diverse datasets to build GRC dashboards that support risk assessment activities.
• Analyze, automate, and process datasets; develop AI/ML solutions to solve business problems using modern frameworks such as Python-based ML frameworks, Django, and React.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Cloud Engineers to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; actively participate in peer code reviews to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Convert AI/ML models into RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on evolving business requirements and team priorities.

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, and building REST APIs using Django, including integration with front-end applications.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models as REST APIs for enterprise applications.
• Experience in front-end development using React.
• Experience with database management systems and modern data storage solutions.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with Generative AI / Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Familiarity with AI evaluation and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, OpenAI Evals).
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in cybersecurity disciplines (Eg: GRC, SOC, Incident Response etc)
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework, network security and Common vulnerability scoring
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, 800-171, 53 or similar regulatory compliance standards
