• Raytheon Australia works closely with the Australian Defence Force as its trusted capability partner to deliver some of the most complex and ground-breaking engineering and technology projects in the country.
• Right now, we are supporting Australian Army with the sustainment of the National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) delivered under LAND19 Phase 7B for Short Range Ground Based Air Defence (SRGBAD).
• To support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated individual who is ready to work with a diverse, talented, and enthusiastic team based at locations in Mawson Lakes with some travel to Edinburgh.
• You will liaise with engineering, supply chain, production and maintenance teams to ensure continued delivery of capability for Army.

As the Supply Manager your role encompasses:

• SRGBAD lead team member reporting on Supply Support activities and providing material management/logistics inputs.
• Monitor repairable item movements and provide guidance on prioritisation.
• Primary contact for customer furnished equipment.
• Support team members’ professional development through goal setting, monitoring and career guidance.
• Collaboration with the material logistics function on maturing material movement and warehousing processes.
• Driving continuous improvement through the facilitation of Customer-Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE) framework.

Skills & Experience

• Practical knowledge in leading and managing warehousing, inventory, freight, distribution and procurement teams.
• Practical understanding and ability to define, explain and use software based inventory management systems.
• Practical knowledge of repairable items management, systems and disposal processes.
• Knowledge of analysis to determine inventory holding of spare parts is desirable.
• Knowledge of maintenance manuals and documentation is desirable.
• Computer literacy including the use of inventory management systems, e.g. SAP, Dynamics 365, Maximo or Defence ERP, Windows OS and the Microsoft Office suite.
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution, or equivalent experience.
• Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
