Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Strategic IT Partnership

Serve as the primary IT partner to Markets and Business Units, ensuring all technology initiatives align precisely with business priorities and goals for maximum impact.

Deployment and Adoption Leadership

Lead the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of advanced digital manufacturing solutions, including DVC, GE shop floor solutions, Paperless, and more, across the region.

End-to-End Implementation

Drive comprehensive implementation of shop floor solutions in alignment with PepsiCo’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies, integrating with core business processes for efficiency gains.

Project Oversight

Oversee project delivery by monitoring progress, anticipating risks, and resolving roadblocks swiftly while managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.

Regional Program Management

Act as the key contact for digital manufacturing programs, fostering collaboration in a matrixed, geographically dispersed environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a Master’s in Business or a related field. Require 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with deep exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation. Essential is an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation in plant settings, plus hands-on experience deploying shop floor programs like MES, SCADA, and GE automation solutions.
