Role Overview

As a Sales Admin & Operations Assistant Analyst with French at PepsiCo in Kraków, you will join the European eCommerce team, supporting the Benelux Business Unit (BU).   • Tag and maintain asset databases using tools like Brandbank, PS, PepsiCo Prod Checker, eCI, SEO words, and retail-specific trade item descriptions.
  • Ensure seamless data flows from PEP database to retailer systems, such as SuperUnie Check and PSinFoodservice check.
  • Align with IT teams on developments in PEP systems and retailer integrations, including globalDAM, globalPIM, and localPIM enhancements.
  • Guard systems and processes to comply with GS1 standards, including shelf life discussions.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory departments to enhance data reliability in nutritional apps like Yuka and UFC, focusing on Nutriscore.
  • Execute new product info updates and DK controls, including extracting contacts and preparing physical product shipments.
  • Monitor data quality (DQ) and assortment adjustments via GS1 NL/Belux KPIs and retail checks.
  • Structure and optimize digital product processes, adding packaging materials, marketing info, Amazon assets in DAM, and various HERO formats.
  • Develop relationships with Cluster Commercial and Benelux BU teams, serving as a point of contact in operational reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills and French at minimum B2 level.
  • Previous experience in Product Master Data or Product Coordination.
  • Knowledge of data manipulation; 2-3 years in Analytics & Reporting or Customer Service, preferably in FMCG.
  • Understanding of CPG product publishing standards and content requirements (ideal).
  • An eye for detail, strong time management, prioritization skills, and a 'can-do' problem-solving attitude.
