Role Overview

The Sales Admin & Ops Asst Analyst position at PepsiCo in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a junior analyst role within the Foodservice division. This role focuses on managing complex contract setups, renewals, payments, and operational tasks. You will bridge Sales, Finance, and operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely execution of contracts and rebates. Key Responsibilities

This role involves a range of functional responsibilities centered on contract lifecycle management and payments. Key duties include:

  • Reviewing BAM (Business Activity Model) against contracts, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with contract owners/FSRs for resolutions.
  • Setting up contracts and tactics in TPM, including estimating DSD & PDP rebate payments, adding FOBO information, and verifying OTS funding.
  • Managing 3POs or Third-Party Operators with quarterly BASE tactics, weekly performance reports, accrual adjustments, and final payment approvals based on net revenue growth and SKU requirements.
  • Handling contract rollovers by checking VTH (Volume Threshold) clauses, attaching backup reports, and creating rollovers in TPM.
  • Monitoring and processing payments in TPM, including manual, volume-based, PDP, and DSD types; requesting and formatting volume reports from KAMs and Sales teams; adjusting payments based on performance; and sending confirmations with backups.

Additional tasks involve building relationships with division teams, learning processes from SMEs, and ensuring all documentation is saved for audits and compliance.

Contract Setup & Maintenance

From initial setup using Finance approvals to rolling tactics for the contract term, precision is paramount to avoid payment delays.

Payments & Reporting

Proactive monitoring of pending payments, interaction with Hub for releases, and periodic reminders ensure smooth cash flow for partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-4+ years as a mid-level analytics professional, ideally in a leading consumer goods company like PepsiCo or similar FMCG firms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and formatting volume reports.
  • 2+ years of experience with trade promotion systems (TPM), ERP tools like ERT, and processes involving contracts, rebates, and payments.
