The Sales Admin & Ops Coordinator, specializing in Pricing and Trade Promotion Management (TPM), is a pivotal role within PepsiCo's sales operations team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is responsible for the end-to-end execution, governance, and optimization of pricing and trade promotion activities. You will ensure accurate promotional pricing, seamless contract administration, trade compliance, and superior service delivery through cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. This foundation equips you with the business acumen needed for TPM operations.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Pricing, Trade Promotion Management, Trade Administration, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations. Prior experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred, as it provides insight into fast-paced trade dynamics.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data validation) is essential. Experience with SAP, TPM tools, ERP/CRM systems, Business Objects, or similar platforms is highly valued. You must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to handle complex data scenarios.
High attention to detail, excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and prioritization skills are crucial. A change management mindset, accountability, sense of urgency, independence, motivation, and customer focus will set you apart.
