Role Overview

The Sales Development Analyst - LATAM position in São Paulo, Brazil, is a critical technical role focused on the full cycle of deliveries for MC1 and Gomejora systems across Mexico and Brazil. This dynamic position involves daily support, agile ceremonies, testing execution, release validation, go-live assistance, and hypercare monitoring. As a central S&T analyst, you'll ensure operational quality and stability in PepsiCo's sales technology ecosystem, making a direct impact on LATAM sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Agile Participation

Engage in the Gomejora Mexico Scrum Daily and execute tests for Gomejora Brazil. Participate in weekly alignments, RITM SAP refinements, US MC1 prioritization, and monthly PBF council forums to present new features.

Testing & Validation

Create test cases for developments, run smoke tests per release, stabilize test routes (load, manifest, visits, cuts), and execute functional, regression, and hotfix tests for MC1/WTM corrections.

Deployment & Support

Support cutover cycles (including Sundays if needed), join post-release hypercare war rooms, and conduct weekly touchpoints with Tech Sales/S&T teams to drive delivery progress. Develop targeted training materials for releases.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with intermediate Spanish (mandatory) and desirable English proficiency. Key requirements include hands-on experience with sales systems like MC1, WTM, or BEES; solid expertise in functional, regression, and smoke testing; familiarity with agile squads and ceremonies (dailies, refinement, prioritization, hypercare); strong analytical skills for incident resolution; and excellent communication across technical and operational teams.
