You'll maintain a safe work environment, build and nurture strong relationships with customers to maximise service delivery, and create, grow, and maintain your personal portfolio of accounts. Operate independently across your territory, delivering tailored advice on Walkers products and promotions to drive sales.
Serve as a Champion for a designated area, sharing insights and supporting team members to maximise opportunities.
To thrive in this role, candidates need a full manual UK driving licence, essential for territory coverage. Key skills include proven selling abilities, basic IT proficiency for managing calls and reports, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and strong time management to handle a demanding schedule. A positive, persuasive attitude is crucial, along with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and experience meeting targets. Self-motivation and adaptability are non-negotiable, as you'll think on your feet in varied retail environments.
