As Sales District Leader at PepsiCo in Alexandria, Egypt, you will spearhead sales operations across your district/unit. This full-time role demands a results-driven leader to manage revenue, profitability, and costs while driving volume targets and market share growth. You will coach high-performing teams, execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic FMCG environment. Oversee revenue, profitability, and CTS (D&A and S&D costs) for your district/unit. Craft accurate sales forecasts and implement S&D plans aligned with company objectives. Lead the annual AOP process, developing action plans for infrastructure, volume, market share, profitability, and productivity while managing D&A budgets.
Regularly review trade coverage plans using refreshed market data (WEC: Integrated Tracking). Expand distribution per AOP goals and track productivity, distribution, and discipline KPIs via GTM dashboards. Ensure 100% structure and headcount for sales representatives.
Motivate, train, and develop teams through formal and informal coaching to hit goals. Lead people planning, equip supervisors, and support health & safety programs in the field.
Handle monthly results reporting, tactical calendar execution, and channel topline plans. Oversee merchandising, trade promotions, budget tracking, and company assets like coolers and racks. Measure success via DC/unit volume, revenue, market share, distribution KPIs, route efficiencies, and GTM scorecards.
To excel as Sales District Leader, bring a results-oriented mindset with excellent FMCG field sales and distribution knowledge. Demonstrate strong strategy setting, GTM experience, financial acumen, market/channel design, revenue management, and productivity expertise. Advanced communication skills and fluent English are essential. Internal applicants must meet the Sales Skills Assessment (SSA) minimum. Solid field experience in Egypt's food and beverage sector is highly valued.
