As a Sales District Leader at PepsiCo in Aswan, Egypt, you will lead sales operations across your designated Distribution Center (DC) or unit. This full-time role demands a results-driven professional to manage revenue, profitability, and costs while expanding market reach. You will coach high-performing teams, execute strategic sales plans, and ensure alignment with annual operating plans (AOP). Manage revenue, profitability, and CTS (D&A and S&D costs) to meet financial goals. Develop accurate sales forecasts and implement unit/DC S&D plans that deliver volume targets, market share, and productivity. Execute the yearly AOP with solid action plans, including infrastructure needs for optimal results.
Review trade coverage plans using refreshed market data to ensure updated coverage. Expand distribution per AOP business goals. Track DC/Unit volume (DSD/ISD/Pre-Sell), revenue, channel CTS, market share, cooler penetration, SKU distribution, route efficiencies, and automation KPIs via GTM dashboard.
Motivate, train, and develop teams through formal and informal coaching to maximize performance. Lead people planning, equip supervisors, and implement Health & Safety programs. Ensure 100% structure and headcount of Sales Representatives throughout the year.
Lead monthly reporting, execute tactical calendars, and deliver channel topline plans. Oversee merchandising, trade promotions, budget tracking, and company assets like coolers and racks. Achieve productivity, distribution, and discipline KPIs.
To succeed as Sales District Leader, you need a results-oriented mindset with excellent business knowledge in field sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG. Key qualifications include solid GTM experience, strategy setting, financial acumen, revenue management, and productivity concepts. Solid field experience in market/channel design is essential, alongside advanced communication skills and fluent English. Internal applicants must meet the Sales Skills Assessment (SSA) minimum.
