The Sales District Leader Designate position at PepsiCo in Alexandria, Egypt, is a dynamic leadership role perfect for ambitious sales professionals in the FMCG sector. As a key player in our Sales & Distribution (S&D) team, you will implement territory plans, drive team execution, and achieve critical volume targets. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you will manage retail customer targets, distribution strategies, and incentives like loyalty programs and discounts. Develop and execute territory S&D plans to meet company objectives, setting monthly retail customer targets by category and SKU. Ensure delivery of incentives including loyalty programs, discounts, and coupons to drive performance.
Regularly review trade coverage plans using refreshed market data to maximize outlet visits efficiently. Strengthen account relationships to enhance brand availability aligned with market needs by outlet type.
Build a high-performing S&D team through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and off-the-job training per WEC guidelines. Maintain EDGE execution standards, product range availability, and superior competitive representation. Support Health & Safety program implementation.
Manage market demand for optimal stock and product freshness. Activate non-active and zero-sales customers to explore new opportunities. Oversee credit management for utilization, circulation, and collection. Track territory productivity, distribution, and discipline KPIs via GTM dashboard, including DC/Unit volume, revenue, market share, cooler penetration, SKU distribution, route efficiencies, and more.
To succeed as Sales District Leader Designate, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline and 1-4 years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally in a field sales role. Proficiency in English is essential for communication and reporting. A valid Private Driving License is mandatory due to the field-intensive nature of the position.
