  • Overseeing market demand to maintain optimal stock and freshness, activating non-active customers, managing credit processes, and supporting health & safety programs.

Performance Metrics

Success is measured through GTM dashboard tracking, including productivity initiatives, CTS targets, successful calls, drop size, and revenue management KPIs, ensuring territory discipline and growth.
