Ensure maximum visits and outlet coverage per the monthly plan, executed efficiently. Strengthen account relationships to boost brand availability tailored to outlet types and market needs. Track KPIs such as DC/Unit volume, revenue, channel CTS targets, market share, cooler penetration, SKU distribution, and route efficiencies via GTM dashboards.
Build a superior S&D team through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and WEC-guided training. Uphold EDGE execution standards, product range availability, and competitive trade representation. Mentor on Health & Safety programs and drive productivity initiatives like successful calls, drop size, and automation KPIs.
Manage demand to optimize stock and product freshness. Activate non-active and zero-sales customers to uncover new opportunities. Oversee credit management for utilization, circulation, and collection, ensuring territory discipline and GTM reporting excellence.
To thrive as Sales District Leader Designate, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline and 1-4 years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally in field roles.
