Regularly review trade coverage using refreshed market data to maximize outlet visits and efficiency. Enhance account relationships to boost brand availability across outlet types, while coaching your S&D team via on-the-job feedback and WEC-aligned training for superior trade representation.
Track critical metrics such as DC/Unit volume (DSD/ISD/Pre-Sell), revenue, channel CTS targets per AOP, market share, cooler penetration, SKU distribution, route efficiencies, and handheld automation KPIs. Ensure territory productivity, discipline, and GTM dashboard compliance, including D&A and revenue management. Manage market demand for optimal stock and freshness, activate non-active customers, and oversee credit utilization, circulation, and collection. Assist in Health & Safety program implementation to maintain a safe field environment.
To thrive as Sales District Leader Designate, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline and 1-4 years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally in field roles. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication, and a valid Private Driving License is mandatory for territory mobility.
