The Sales District Leader Designate position at PepsiCo in Menofia, Egypt, is a pivotal leadership role in our Sales & Distribution (S&D) team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for ambitious professionals with 1-4 years of FMCG sales experience ready to step into a district leadership position. You will drive territory sales strategies, coach high-performing teams, and execute against ambitious volume and distribution targets. As Sales District Leader Designate, your core duties include implementing comprehensive territory S&D plans to hit company volume targets. You'll set monthly retail customer goals by category and SKU, delivering incentives like loyalty programs, discounts, and coupons while ensuring optimal trade coverage through refreshed market data analysis.
Maximize outlet visits and distribution by strengthening account relationships, aligning availability with market needs by outlet type. Coach your S&D team via on-the-job feedback, off-job training per WEC guidelines, and enforce superior EDGE execution standards to outperform competitors. Manage demand forecasting for stock freshness, activate non-active customers, and oversee credit processes for utilization, circulation, and collection.
Track critical KPIs including DC/Unit volume, revenue, channel CTS, market share, cooler penetration, SKU distribution, route efficiencies, handheld automation, successful calls, drop size, and GTM dashboard metrics. Assist in health & safety programs and drive productivity initiatives to ensure territory discipline and performance.
To succeed in this role, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline and 1-4 years of sales experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), ideally in field sales. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and reporting. A valid Private Driving License is mandatory, as the role demands extensive field travel across Menofia.
