Regularly review trade coverage using refreshed market data. Maximize outlet visits and coverage efficiency. Enhance account relationships to boost brand availability across outlet types, aligning with market demands.
Build a high-performing S&D team via on-the-job coaching, feedback, and off-the-job training per WEC guidelines. Ensure superior EDGE execution, product range availability, and Health & Safety program implementation.
Manage demand for optimal stock and product freshness. Activate non-active and zero-sales customers to uncover new opportunities. Oversee credit management for utilization, circulation, and collection. Track KPIs like DC/Unit volume, market share, distribution, route efficiencies, and GTM dashboard metrics.
To thrive as Sales District Leader Designate, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline and 1-4 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally in field roles.
