The Sales District Leader Designate position at PepsiCo in Sharkeya, Egypt, is your gateway to leadership in the fast-paced FMCG sector. Develop and execute territory S&D plans to meet company objectives, delivering volume targets across DC/Unit metrics (DSD/ISD/Pre-Sell). Set monthly retail customer targets by category and SKU, ensuring incentives like loyalty programs, discounts, and coupons are effectively deployed. Track and achieve channel CTS targets as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including revenue and market share KPIs.
Regularly review and update trade coverage plans using refreshed market data to maximize outlet visits and coverage efficiency. Enhance account relationships to boost brand availability by outlet type, focusing on cooler penetration, SKU distribution, and route efficiencies. Monitor handheld and automation KPIs, successful calls, drop size, and GTM dashboard metrics for peak performance.
Build a high-performing S&D team through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and off-the-job training. Ensure EDGE execution standards and call implementation steps are met, maintaining superior product range availability. Assist in mentoring on Health & Safety programs and drive territory productivity, distribution, and discipline KPIs.
Manage market demand for optimal stock levels and product freshness. Activate non-active and zero-sales customers to uncover new opportunities. Oversee credit management processes for utilization, circulation, and collection, while tracking route KPIs and revenue management scorecards.
To succeed as Sales District Leader Designate, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline and 1-4 years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally in a field role. Proficiency in English is essential for communication and reporting. A valid Private Driving License is mandatory, given the territory-based nature of the position.
