The Sales District Leader Designate role in Sharkeya, Egypt, is a pivotal position for driving PepsiCo's sales excellence in the FMCG sector. Regularly review trade coverage using refreshed market data to maximize outlet visits and coverage efficiency. Enhance account relationships to boost brand availability across outlet types, tracking KPIs like cooler penetration, SKU distribution, route efficiencies, and automation metrics.

Team Coaching and Development

Build a high-performing S&D team through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and off-the-job training aligned with World Excellence Center (WEC) guidelines. Ensure EDGE execution standards, superior trade representation, and implementation of Health & Safety programs.

Market Expansion and Operations

Manage market demand for optimal stock levels and product freshness. Activate non-active and zero-sales customers to uncover new opportunities. Oversee credit management processes for utilization, circulation, and collection. Track GTM dashboard KPIs, including productivity initiatives, successful calls, drop size, and revenue management.
