Core duties include implementing comprehensive S&D plans to hit company volume objectives, setting and achieving retail customer targets by category and SKU, and delivering incentives like loyalty programs and discounts. You will regularly analyze market data to refresh trade coverage plans, maximizing outlet visits and distribution efficiency.
Develop a high-performing S&D team through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and WEC-guided training. Ensure EDGE execution standards are met, product availability is optimized, and trade representation outshines competitors. Mentor on health and safety programs while tracking productivity KPIs such as DC/Unit volume, revenue, channel CTS targets, market share, cooler penetration, SKU distribution, and route efficiencies.
Manage stock to meet demand and maintain product freshness, explore opportunities with non-active and zero-sales customers, and oversee credit processes for optimal utilization and collection. Report on GTM KPIs, including successful calls, drop size, and revenue management, using integrated tracking tools like the GTM dashboard.
To succeed as Sales District Leader Designate (SPV), candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline and 1-4 years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally in a field role. Proficiency in English is essential for communication and reporting. A valid Private Driving License is mandatory, given the territory-based nature of the position involving frequent field visits and outlet coverage in Qena.
