The Sales Effectiveness Associate Analyst role in São Paulo, Brazil, supports the commercial team with data-driven analyses, reports, and recommendations to boost sales efficiency. This position involves working with data to spot opportunities, optimize routines, and provide clear visibility into results. You'll partner closely with teams to enable faster, evidence-based decisions. As a key contributor, you'll handle PDR PBF responsibilities while collaborating across functions to drive commercial success at PepsiCo Brazil.
Construct comprehensive analyses and interactive dashboards that empower commercial performance tracking. Monitor critical KPIs, ensuring all reported information is precise and reliable.
Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and daily routines, delivering actionable insights for improvement.
Develop presentations and key insights for leaders and regional teams. Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional partners to roll out recommendations and process enhancements.
To excel in this role, candidates need prior experience in Sales, Trade, Commercial Planning, or Analytics. A strong analytical mindset is essential to convert raw data into practical recommendations. Proficiency in advanced Excel is mandatory, alongside expertise in Power BI or similar visualization tools—Power BI is required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and collaborative abilities are crucial. A completed bachelor's degree is required, with English as a desirable asset.
