  • Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts' technical requirements.
  • Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology, competitive messaging, and best practices.
  • Work as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers, ensuring project success and mind-share.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you need proven expertise and a self-starter mindset:

  • Experience in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS).
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
