Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you'll own the technical relationship through the sales cycle and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the technical face of the CrowdStrike Platform for prospects, demonstrating capabilities across Next-Gen SIEM, LogScale, Fusion SOAR, Onum, and Charlotte AI.
  • Answering technical questions, proving security use cases, and articulating a comprehensive vision addressing customer needs in data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, visualization, and AI-driven operations.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams to provide deal progress feedback and translate prospect needs into platform value.
  • Guiding customers in discovering platform potential, expanding usage across the product portfolio, and delivering insights to Product Management.
  • Contributing to go-to-market strategies by exploring new use cases, integrations, partnerships, and cross-product synergies, directly impacting global platform growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking compassionate, proactive pioneers with well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills. Required experience includes:

  • 2+ years with log management, SIEM, and XDR technologies, covering data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, visualization, and security use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms and incident response workflows.
  • Understanding of data pipeline architectures and data engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered security tools and generative AI in security operations.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Advantageous technical skills: Linux/Windows troubleshooting, data ingestion protocols, Python/PowerShell scripting, cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), orchestration tools, distributed data stores, SSO/identity management, API integrations, playbook development, and AI copilots.
