Role Overview

The Sales Finance Analyst - Portuguese role in Miguel Hidalgo, Distrito Federal, Mexico, is pivotal in driving PepsiCo's Sales Finance management agenda. This position focuses on delivering world-class support to Brazil operations (Brasil), including pricing lists, rebates, client creation, accrual tracking, SOX controls, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You'll partner with operational unit (OU) commercial finance teams to provide accurate data for decision-making while ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Ideal for analytical minds fluent in Portuguese, this full-time role offers a chance to influence sales strategies in the dynamic food and beverage sector.

Key Impact Areas

As a business partner, you'll quickly grasp OU financial objectives and commercial plans, enabling proactive support. Own critical processes like SAP uploads and scorecard management to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to finance clients per SLAs, with a focus on Brazil support. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with OU commercial finance teams to build pricing lists, analyzing key drivers for timely, accurate insights.
• Managing end-to-end pricing list ownership: creation, SAP uploads, maintenance, updates, and improvements.
• Owning the NRR scorecard, including comprehensive tracking and analysis.
• Handling SAP client creation and ongoing maintenance.
• Generating rebates, performing monthly tracking, and managing accrual generation.
• Executing SOX controls quarterly within Global Capabilities Services (GCS).

These duties ensure seamless operations and data-driven decisions across PepsiCo's sales finance ecosystem.

Qualifications & Requirements
