Role Overview

The Sales Finance Associate Analyst position within PepsiCo's Global Business Services (GBS) FP&A Cost PMF for Latin America (Line: Movement) is a dynamic opportunity for finance professionals passionate about transfer pricing, financial planning, and analysis. Based in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, this role supports the coordination of a top-tier GBS FP&A cost model, monthly closings, annual operating plans, and risk/opportunity analysis. As the primary contact for PMF on transfer pricing matters across export countries like Caricam and HBU, you'll provide critical visibility to PMF FP&A and Marketing Finance leadership. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining financial accuracy and strategic insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, maintaining, and analyzing transfer pricing models for actuals and forecasts in coordination with Marketing Finance/FP&A teams.
  • Reviewing actual export costs during monthly closings, delivering quarterly reports on key variances, risks, and opportunities (R&O), and performing true-up processes.
  • Ensuring expenses are correctly recorded in P&L accounts, aligned with cross-functional teams like Control, BU Finance, and FP&A.
  • Supporting the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budget for transfer pricing by organizational unit (OU).
  • Preparing updates to P&L, forecast (FCST), and AOP models, along with monthly transfer pricing deliverables and results scorecards.

These tasks demand precision, analytical prowess, and strong communication to influence stakeholders effectively.
