Role Overview

As Sales Force Automation (SFA) Superuser at PepsiCo in Agios Stefanos, Athens, you'll be the go-to expert for our SFA systems, ensuring seamless sales operations in Greece's dynamic FMCG market. This full-time role blends technical troubleshooting, data mastery, and sales support to empower our field teams. Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting Excellence

Lead basic troubleshooting to differentiate data issues from solution bugs. Collect field incidences, open tickets, and rigorously test fixes post-resolution by support teams, minimizing downtime for sales reps.

Data Management Mastery

Fully manage end-to-end data objects: maintain product catalogs (add SKUs, create catalogs), load images for SKUs and employee profiles, update vehicle info for vansales print-outs, and handle visit plans via zCalendar and visit lists. Create promotions like Buy & Get or 100% discounts, onboard new SFA users, load documents (selling stories, priorities, leaflets), set KPI targets, extract results from Insights Warehouse DB, manage inventory, reporting calendars, functionality checks (orders-SAP links), assets (coolers with photos/dimensions), and surveys.

Release Management

Execute regression testing (RT) for SiF releases—upgrades occurring three times annually—ensuring system stability and enhanced performance for sales automation.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive, hold a Bachelor’s or MSc in Management, Economics, or related fields. Demonstrate excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus fluent written and oral English. Bring 2-3 years in business analytics, customer service, or sales—FMCG or commercial roles are a plus. Showcase strong numeric acumen for system use, software customization, data processing, analysis, and synthesis. Embody a results-driven mindset with operational excellence: high accountability, retail/sales understanding, priority management.
