Your role involves providing analyses and tools to help sales teams monitor commercial performance. Key projects include the rollout of the TRAX app—a photo-based store scanning tool to boost sales efficiency by cutting in-store visit times. Expect hands-on involvement in project management, data handling, communication, CRM piloting, and tool development. This position offers exposure to commercial headquarters operations blending project leadership, sales analysis, and sales aid tool creation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop content for field teams and external providers like TRAX and MAELPROD. Collaborate on internal communications across various platforms to ensure seamless information flow.

CRM Management and Sales Performance Piloting

Ensure CRM tool reliability for sales performance tracking. Perform data extractions and analyses, develop/update scorecards and dashboards, and create training resources like video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and modules to enhance user proficiency.

Tool Updates and Development

Maintain and enhance tools such as Planoscope for merchandising plans, SPACEMAN for merchandising, assortment tracking, DN-PDL piloting, and national sales sectorization reflections. Missions evolve based on your initiative, opening doors to more responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ideal candidates are Master’s students, gap-year participants, or final-year business school interns with a commerce/marketing focus. You thrive with rigor, analytical skills, reactivity, strong communication, and initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. This role suits those eager for a headquarters sales experience combining project management, commercial analysis, and sales tool development.

Benefits & Perks

Enjoy a competitive monthly stipend of €1100 to €1500, flexible telework (2 days/week), access to the company restaurant (RIE), and 1 additional day off per month worked. Benefit from a benevolent, proximity-based management in a warm, stimulating environment with a young average team age of 35. Build your network, acquire new skills, and grow professionally.
