This 6-month internship as Assistant Chargé de Projet et Développement des Ventes starts on July 1, 2026, in Colombes (92700), France. Integrated into the Sales Support team, you’ll partner with managers to support the GMS Sales Animation cell. Your role involves providing analyses and tools to help sales teams monitor commercial performance. Key projects include the rollout of the TRAX app—a photo-based store scanning tool to boost sales efficiency by cutting in-store visit times. Expect hands-on involvement in project management, data handling, communication, CRM piloting, and tool development. This position offers exposure to commercial headquarters operations blending project leadership, sales analysis, and sales aid tool creation.
Support the team on the new TRAX commercial tool for product recognition in stores. Tasks include user management and communication, creating training materials, analyzing collected data from sales visits, identifying tool improvements, and training the AI for 2025-2026 product references.
Develop content for field teams and external providers like TRAX and MAELPROD. Collaborate on internal communications across various platforms to ensure seamless information flow.
Ensure CRM tool reliability for sales performance tracking. Perform data extractions and analyses, develop/update scorecards and dashboards, and create training resources like video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and modules to enhance user proficiency.
Maintain and enhance tools such as Planoscope for merchandising plans, SPACEMAN for merchandising, assortment tracking, DN-PDL piloting, and national sales sectorization reflections. Missions evolve based on your initiative, opening doors to more responsibilities.
Ideal candidates are Master’s students, gap-year participants, or final-year business school interns with a commerce/marketing focus. You thrive with rigor, analytical skills, reactivity, strong communication, and initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
