The Sales Rep - Convenience / Gas / Small Format position in Canton, Massachusetts, is your gateway to a dynamic career in beverage sales. As a key point of contact for small format accounts such as convenience stores, gas stations, small grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants, you'll drive sales growth while delivering top-tier customer service. You'll rotate and stock products across shelves, displays, coolers, vending equipment, and backrooms, while building eye-catching displays and setting up promotional materials. Expect to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20-45 lbs., standing, walking, reaching, and squatting in various weather conditions. Prioritize daily routes efficiently, collaborate with cross-functional partners, learn new technologies and selling skills, and uphold PepsiCo's strong safety culture by following all standards and procedures. Regular feedback via key metrics will help you excel and grow.

Helpful backgrounds include merchandising, selling beverages or consumer products, executing in-store marketing, managing routes, working with financial targets, and customer service. Post-offer, expect a background check, drug screening, education and employment verification, and motor vehicle history review (where applicable).
