The Sales Rep - Large Format position in Clackamas, Oregon, is your gateway to an exciting career in beverage sales. Covering the Salem area, this role focuses on large format accounts such as supermarkets and mass merchants. In this hands-on role, you'll be the primary store-level salesperson, driving results through action. Responsibilities include building and leveraging customer relationships to identify opportunities and conduct business reviews. You'll rotate and stock PepsiCo products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending equipment, and backrooms, handling cases from 20-45 lbs. Expect to lift, load, push, pull, stand, walk, reach, and squat while merchandising. Execute eye-catching displays, builds, and promotions, operate equipment like U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Receive regular feedback via key metrics, learn new technologies and selling skills, and support PepsiCo's strong safety culture by following all standards.

PepsiCo provides world-class training, so prior experience is helpful but not mandatory. Minimum requirements include being 18 years or older, possessing a valid U.S. driver's license with proof of insurance, and having a car to access multi-store locations within your shift. Helpful backgrounds: merchandising, customer service, managing inventory, or account management. Post-offer, expect a background check, drug screening, education verification, employment history review, and motor vehicle check (if applicable).
