Role Overview

  • Executing displays, builds, and promotions, which involves lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20-45 lbs.
  • Standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising products and operating equipment like U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs, learning new technologies, products, and selling skills for account growth and efficiencies.
  • Receiving regular feedback via key metrics to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

PepsiCo provides world-class training, so prior experience is helpful but not mandatory. Minimum requirements include:

  • Being 18 years or older.
  • Possessing a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Having a personal car to access multi-store locations within assigned shifts.

Helpful experience encompasses merchandising, customer service, managing inventory, and account management. Following a conditional offer, PepsiCo conducts a background check, drug screening, education verification, employment history review, and motor vehicle check (if applicable).
