Role Overview

The Sales Rep - Large Grocery / Mass Merchant / Large Format position in East Las Vegas, Nevada, is a full-time opportunity with PepsiCo's PBNA division. This role focuses on servicing large format accounts such as supermarkets and mass merchants. As the primary store-level salesperson, you'll generate sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure optimal product placement. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with task variety—no two days are the same. You'll work independently, leveraging industry-leading technology and PepsiCo's vast portfolio to outperform the competition. Base pay starts at $64,143 per year, plus commission, with mileage reimbursement for route driving.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, your daily tasks drive business success:

• Build and leverage customer relationships to identify opportunities, conduct business reviews, and provide top-tier service.
• Rotate and stock PepsiCo products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending equipment, and backrooms.
• Execute eye-catching displays, builds, and promotions, handling cases of 20-45 lbs through lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling.
• Operate merchandising equipment including U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks while standing, walking, reaching, and squatting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners, track key metrics for feedback, and adopt new technologies for account growth and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

PepsiCo provides world-class training, so prior experience is helpful but not mandatory. Minimum requirements include:

• Being 18 years or older.
• Possessing a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Having access to a personal car for multi-store routes in East Las Vegas.

Helpful backgrounds: merchandising, customer service, inventory management, or account management. Post-offer, expect a background check, drug screening, education/employment verification, and motor vehicle review.
