The Sales Rep - Large Grocery / Mass Merchant / Large Format position in Sarasota, Florida, is your gateway to a dynamic career at PepsiCo. As a Large Format Sales Representative, you'll be the primary store-level salesperson for major accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants in the Venice, FL area. Responsibilities include executing displays, builds, and promotions, often involving lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases from 20-45 lbs, standing, walking, reaching, and squatting. Operate equipment like U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks while supporting PepsiCo's safety culture. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, receive feedback via key metrics, and master new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and boost efficiencies.
Your efforts directly influence sales performance in large format stores, leveraging PepsiCo's portfolio depth to outshine competitors. From merchandising to account management, every action contributes to customer satisfaction and business growth.

You must be 18 years or older, possess a valid U.S. driver's license with proof of insurance, and have a personal vehicle for accessing multi-store locations. Helpful experience includes merchandising, customer service, managing inventory, and account management. Post-offer, expect a background check, drug screening, education and employment verification, and motor vehicle history review (if applicable).
